How I Started:
I have always been a naturally thin person and wanted to stay that way so I started working out prior to getting pregnant with my first son. I was about 25 at the time. I would just mainly do videos and light hand weights and ate terribly (everything fried and topped with gravy). After 10 years of marriage, I got divorced and later remarried a Personal Trainer. I weighed 131 on the gym scales and was 21% Bodyfat. My future husband showed me how to work out in the weight room and use proper form and I was hooked on weightlighting and have been every since. Four months into our relationship we took a trip to Maui where he proposed and I was at 124lbs 19% Bodyfat. We married on Memorial Day weeknd one year to the day we met and I was 118lbs and 17.9% Bodyfat. So my weight has fluctuated between 111-128lbs, putting on weight in the winter and stripping it down in the summer. I am staying pretty consistent right now at 120lbs and 14.6% Bodyfat. I want to weight about 124lb.s and have about 10-12% Bodyfat. I just haven't been able to totally figure out how to get there.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes me feel during and afterwards. I am in the Zone when I am working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just look in the mirror! And I do that alot.
Also turning 40 in March and I want a 6 Pack!
BB Accomplishments:
The fact that I keep working out on a regular basis is an accomplishment in itself.

Goal (Long):
Almost finished with first round of P90X workouts. Definitely noticed improvements and would have noticed more if I had kept my diet totally on track. Going to start my second round in September when the drinking and laking temptations are over.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 lb

Wow!! 0430 each morning, thats dedication. Theres no doubt you deserve to have the body of your dreams. I have no doubt you will get it. Yep, that white devil powder is the hardest for me to cut back. I have limited it, but yet to cut it completely. One day I will.
