Workout Program:
I am curently doing the P90X workout. I know... Its a cheesy infomercial, but the progam is actually hard! Its six days of weights and cardio, and one day of stretch or rest. Each workout is from an hour to an hour and a half. It last 90 days sssssooooooooooo we will see if it leans me out and adds muscle!
