How I Started:
I've weight trained since I was 17. I was one of the first girls in the gym at school to lift a weight.
Why I Love It:
I love to see my body take shape and the changes that I make.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to compete and knowing that it takes self-motivation, drive, discipline, dedication, sacrifice and HARD TRAINING that MOST cannot do, is almost enough to get me through a 12 week diet. Wanting to WIN and be the best, gets me to the stage.
BB Accomplishments:
2006 Missouri State Bodybuilding Championships, was my first competition. I did bodybuilding. I won first place light weight division. First place Novice, Best Female Poser and the “Overall”. Then I competed in the 2006 Caveman Classic. I won first place in the lightweight bodybuilding class and Overall Masters Division. I just did my first figure show at the NPC Continental in St. Charles, Ill. Oct. 2007. I won first place in the Short Class and won first place in the Masters Division.
I do cardio at 5:30 am for 30 minutes before I train.....and at 8 weeks out from my show I will do it twice a day for 30-45 minutes...7 days a week. THAT's WHEN THE FUN BEGINS!!! :)

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I don't like any of it...but it's the ONLY way to get rid of the extra fat on my hams.....
Well guys.....Jr. Nationals is going to have to wait. Yesterday I was in a car accident. ( I cant believe it, I'm absolutly beside my self) I did end up going to the hospital and I have a sprained neck and today a very sore body, stiff back, legs and arms. I'm starting to think that for...
