protein, protein, protein. card-o-riffic day, then back to protein queen. it's amazing, and it's true! stay away from fruit juices except for first thing in the AM. you can DO this!

hey fern. tried my superpump 250 today for the first time. holy super energy crazy woman. wtf?! lol! i was like - bam-bam-bam with everything. i think i probably looked like i was on speed... lol! oh well - they'd better get out of my way!

i have been proteining my BRAINS out over here. chicken, white fish, tuna (albacore), veggies. no fruits, no breads - other than whole wheat wraps. i had a cheat day today. the pizza, breadsticks, cookies - all tasted AWFUL. believe you me, your body and taste buds totally adapt to having healthy food in your body. one major change is having oatmeal and orange juice in the morning - it keeps you full!

if your inches are dropping, but your weight isn't - PARTY! you're just gaining muscle! which is awesome since muscle burns fat. trust me, i've looked at your pics and you look AMAZING. you're on the right track - so don't be discouraged that you're flubber is leaving and you're turning into a tight piece of a$$. as long as your diet is clean, and you're working hard, you keep on keepin on!!!

the book is going well. it busted my ASS. i thought it would be a weak ass workout, but i am SO friggin sore today. plus, a trainer saw me working out, and kind of took me under his wing. i think he liked seeing me in pain... ;)
