I just started. What kind of question is that? I looked down and went - "Ugh, better get my fat ass in the gym."
Why I Love It:
I like having more energy. I like watching new muscles crop up.

I look in the mirror and think: I have this one vessel to get me through this life on earth, I'd better take care of it. Also - if I met my "one" tomorrow... would he recognise me in this body?

April 23 2009 - Thanks to all the gorgeous women on here, I'm kicking it up a notch. Fitness Competition Level babedom. I CAN DO IT.
April 16 2009 - I'm tipping the scales at 185ish. I want to lose at least 30 lbs. Since this is April, I think I can have it done by the 4th of July. 155 lbs has been comfortable in the past, but I have a feeling that if I keep things up, I'll end up slimmer than that.

Eye candy! I have no equipment or weights at home. I feel more motivated getting ready and going to the gym. It's 5 minutes from home doesn't hurt either! :D

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Look in the mirror and see what I look like. Look in my mind's eye and see what I want to look like. BIG DIFFERENCE. Hard work to do - and off to the gym I go!

How you doing girl?? Still going strong I hope!!! :) You should check out SteveP78 "diets" for real! I just started mine on Sunday (wanted to start even hehe). But all of his results that I've seen are amazing. Just a suggestion. Keep pushing strong and we are going to hit ALL our goals!
I am a slacker on the progress picks. Really, not much in the way of progress this last month. Too much work, too little eating. Been in the gym almost every day, but thats only part of the puzzle. Glad to hear you are a SP 250 fan. It has helped me out. Keep workin' it!
Thanks for the add and the comments, yes i can squeeze into a 10 but wear 12's out in day light :-) I'm getting there, used to wear a 16 and those were getting snug - YIKES. It was time for a change.

lol i know how you feel today we had a cheat meal of chinese food. Some of it was good but the rest of it was horrible. its crazy how everything changes when you start eating healthy. i felt so bad for eating it. i wanted to go right out to the gym lol. UGH dont talk about cookies. I had to make some for my kids recently, and i ate like 2 of them WOW i forgot how good they were. It was hard not to eat more lol.
