How I Started:
I have been active for as long as I can remember. Dancing, cheerleading, etc.
I am now feeling I need to step it up, to truly achieve my goals I need a more structured plan.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, the stress relief, the strength.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of how I will feel after I workout, that is enough for me!
I just want to feel I achieved the best I could. I want to feel like my shape is as best as I can get it. It is for no one else, but ME and for me to be proud that I can attain a fitness goal.
