helenawf Hi Amy! Thank you for the friendship and kind words. I really don't use fat burners. I do recommend certain supplements for fat loss. Those would be chromium picolinate and green tea. Also, I do recommend taking a good multivitamin/mineral daily. Then, take creatine, L glutamine, and BCAAs before and after lifting. Keep me posted on your progress. Hugs, Wendy Mar 18, 2012 8:59pm
