A big sloppy lazy fat mess! I was encouraged by a friend to start cardio kickboxing several times a week then after a month I entered into a UBC (ultimate body challenge) 10 week program which was the kickboxing plus resistance bands training every other day. I am 158 lbs. here. waist: 32.5" bicep: 11.75" chest: 37" hips: 39" thigh: 24"

After the 10 week program I am 148 lbs here. waist: 28.5" bicep: 11.5" chest: 35.5" hips: 38.5" thigh: 23.5"
