To get better for sports season. To have abs by March 22nd 2009 for my trip to Disney World. Now that the trips over I'm working towards my summer body!

Hey Alicia, how are you? I am glad to see that you have an interest in your physical fitness at a young age--so many young Americans don't really care about that.
