Workout Program:
Alternating weeks of Thai and Weights:
Weights 5 days a week with 1 hour of cardio each time
Thai Training usually 2 hours a time, 3 - 5 days a week
Pylometrics - 2 hours every week, i just can't fit these in anymore right now, i would like to develop to 4-6 hours a week.

Cardio - no matter what, 1 hour a day for 5 - 6 days a week

Abs - I alternate the moves weekly and work them everyother day.. Should I do them everyday?

My main goal is to have endurance, while being explosive during my Thai fights. I also want to lose 50 lbs and have no idea where else to begin.. :-)
