I am more the thinker. I tend to hesitate more and look for the openings, but when they are there, i turn it on. It's nice because my team is an MMA team, so they teach me to think on my feet and the ground. Its better to play with chess than emotions, you know? The tough side of things is being a gal in a male dominated combat sport, the legit shows are slim and far and the promoters even farther. All in all, it's a great life and i couldn't ask for anything better

Just stopping in to say hello! How are things going? Things in Lansing are DULL DULL DULL.. I have been looking for a new job to free up more time to train, but it's slim pickings, even at the fintess centers here. Go figure eh? I live in the capital and can't get a better J-O-B! LOL Hope all is well

Hey woman! Can you guide me to a good meal plan? I need to eat every 2 hours for sure and I have dropped my calories to about 1500 per day, but I am still not losing weight.. Any suggestions?
