I currently have 13% BF and weigh 179. I am very athletic, and can do pretty much anything, but I want to be ripped again so I am going to hit it hard once again.

i am recovering from a knee injury and havent finished physical therapy but i need to improve my ru n quick for a pt test coming up that i need and want to take. coming off profile so and i want to make sure i pass nest month. my 2 mile is currently at about 20 mins on a treadmill. ill keep you posted with prog. also if you have any pointers i am all ears.
hey thank for the info. interval training really burns me out quick. i cant do it for too long. my heart rate jumps out the roof so then i have to just walk it off. it kinda hard to do on a treadmill also. i need to try it on the eplipto.
