When I Started:
Mar, 2008
How I Started:
I started out as the queen of cardio. I loved the treadmill, stairmaster, ellipticals, and aerobic classes. I was one of those fit and "thick" (some would call it fat) girls. I would do hardcore cardio for an hour or so with little change in my physique. I would diet and lose the weight but still looked soft (skinny fat). I was never motivated to strength train, but i realized that was the only way I was going to transform my body. I started slow and started eating clean. My body responded quickly to the training and diet and that hooked me to training.
Why I Love It:
It feels great to train and see the results of my hard work. No more giggle with my wiggle anywhere on this body and I have improved my physique since i started.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be amazing and look great. I look forward to my birthday as I compare myself from year to year....looking better each year.
I find Thomas to be one of the most brilliant people I know. His talents are many, a great trainer, a brilliant teacher, an awesome leader, amongst many other talents. Thomas inspires me to push through my hard workouts and the challenges that bodybuilding faces. I am confident that as my trainer and my motivator, I will do very well in any competition I do. A true rare gem that I have been blessed to know, Thomas will always be an instrumental part of my life.

An aging society. The babyboomers are getting old and begining to consume alot...
