How I Started:
I played tennis since i was 10. I stayed in Barcelona and started lifting very light weights. Then when i started uni, my mates were training 4 times a week. So i joined in and loved it. Because im small, i now make up for it by enhancing my fitness and strength.
Why I Love It:
I love working out as it gives me a look good feel good factor. i love the feeling of the pump after workouts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a perfectionist so i will not stop training until i have a body like van damme! also by seeing others (preferably females lol!) looking at me working out in the gym motivates me to train harder so i can look better!!
Want to add 2more inches to chest. lose 2 inches on waist. so i will b 40inch chest, 28inch waist. want to add an inch to arms. and then start to lean down to single figure bodyfat percentage.
yoo its been a while since my last post. Been very busy with work and training! i have been doing my new program for about 6 weeks. its going really well. feeling some progress. nearly finished a batch of BSN NO-xplode. still good stuff but i found it didnt work so well this time round, compared...
New programme started from 10/11/08
4 sets on each exercise, starting with heavy set first. Every set with 6-12 reps range. Strict on movement, looking for gud technique for each set and rep, with cheating only on last 2 reps or so and always going to failure. Still doing cardio 3 times a week....

kool.kool. have u felt any different?? we have also changed a bit too! focusing on form now rather than lifting serious heavy weights.lol training has been **** this week, not feeling great at the moment......abit under the weather! chat soon.

aww well thanks. I'm still working em. no worries about that. I think I've gained some more muscle and lost some fat. thank goodness!!

Hey. ah yeah today I kicked my butt. lol got a new dvd from beach body - firm it up... it's a lower body work out and my thighs are my most hated muscles to work out. :( lol hope you are well! x0x
