i started to lose fat i gained in first year of college i went from 105 KG to 75 KG in 5 month
Why I Love It:
because it make me more confident, and make me distictive, i feel that all bodybuilders should feel that they are superior, cuz they are dedicated and disciplined
How I Stay Motivated:
watch jay cutler, dennis wolf or ronnie coleman video's
or listen to rock
BB Accomplishments:
be ripped as hell, gain more muscle, have lower abs
i want to lose some of the fat, and gain muscle my goal is to be 240 lb of muscle
Goal (Long):
gain 30 lb of hard muscle,
,lose fat
,lower abs.
i have never used any supplements what soo ever..all what i have gained from all these year, are welldeserved gains, i intend to keep it that way NO SUPPLEMENTS, but the problem is i cant focus on a better eating habit am really bad at this cuz i am always out dont stay at home a lot and dont like to prepare my meals, and i have many injuries..due to heavy lifting..i hope i can continue bodybuilding as long as i can
That clarifies. If the aminos are in pill form, then taking them after is probably best. I prefer my BCAAs in powder form myself, but that will work fine.
I would take aminos during workout (unless they are in pill form, then take them before workout) and creatine post workout. I will compete next summer/fall
hey man Thanks being willing to help. feel free to PM me or email at doobzkhq@gmail.com any thoughts on supplements . I am thinking about trying BSN, ADVOCARE MUSCLEPHARM CONTROLLED LABS and Mellenium maybe gaspari (one at a time .. right now I need a good N.O. post pre workout and during and I need a kick butt fat burner. I have a multi a nd protein to use up before I figure those out ) Trying to try to find a line that works well ... any thought which one to try first ?
hey man
1, sorry to post you twice about my pics . i had not notice you had responded
2. you asked for me to critique your pics. your back is massive cut and a near perfect V. your shoulders are solid and huge and your bi's are catching up . arms and back you best assets . You don't have a good chest shot on so its hard to tell, yet I think your chest is coming alsong, any ideas how to fill in the space between pecs? I have that problem too... hos is it all going for ya?
It's cool...it will aid you in gaining strength and power by helping shuttle more nutrients into your muscles. When your muscles are full of more nutrients, they perform better...
hey bro new pics are up for me ! let me know what you think. my posture is off because of my leg rehab is still coming along . hope you are well .. BTW these pics are after 1 month of moderate lifting a few missed diet days and lifts
Because it will absorb better post workout. Creatine is a nutrient transporter...the key is just to get saturated with it and to take it during a time when you are trying to jam-pack nutrients into the muscles - i.e. post workout when insulin sensitivity is at its peak.
its alright ,im sorry bout ur back isa ull have a speedy recovery,3amatan im not goin anywhere and so is the gym so enta focus on recovering and ill be waiting we ill check in on u every other day kda
