i started to lose fat i gained in first year of college i went from 105 KG to 75 KG in 5 month
Why I Love It:
because it make me more confident, and make me distictive, i feel that all bodybuilders should feel that they are superior, cuz they are dedicated and disciplined
How I Stay Motivated:
watch jay cutler, dennis wolf or ronnie coleman video's
or listen to rock
BB Accomplishments:
be ripped as hell, gain more muscle, have lower abs
gain 30 lb of hard muscle,
,lose fat
,lower abs.
i have never used any supplements what soo ever..all what i have gained from all these year, are welldeserved gains, i intend to keep it that way NO SUPPLEMENTS, but the problem is i cant focus on a better eating habit am really bad at this cuz i am always out dont stay at home a lot and dont like to prepare my meals, and i have many injuries..due to heavy lifting..i hope i can continue bodybuilding as long as i can

hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
Thank you for your offer. This month there are two 10km runs I will be participating, one already happened early this month, the other is next weekend. After that I will refocus a bit in size (not too much as it affects my Karate practice) But cannot hide it, I will like to have more muscle size.
