How I Started:
When I was 15 i got a bench for my b-day and i worked out for like 3 months.. then i stopped and i got started at the gym again 3 days ago.. ( july 9, 2007 )

my girlfriend, she is awesome!! and also i get home after the work out, take shirt off and look in the mirror to see where i need to improve

lose some BF%, get bigger, also more cut.. be a solid 175-180 with low BF%
hey man. it's all about intensity and mind muscle connection. whichever compound exercises work for you, make them your bitch. deadlifts, weighted chins, lat pull downs (wide and narrow grip) and t-bar rows or yates rows all bring out thickness and width.
i like doing a thickness exercises and a width exercise in my back workouts and i rotate them. deadlifts from the floor and from the rack (alternating them each back day) are staples.
You could if you want, your supposed to. However I dont do that all the time. Like I said, I eat whenever I want. If im not hungry, I never force myself.
Thanks for the comment. It was pretty basic actually...eat whenever I want, just watch what I eat. Stay away from things like coke,pizza, and other fatty foods. Drink lots of water as well.
