How I Started:
I just wanted to change the shape of my body :) Hmm.. I didn`t find where to write this so I think it belongs here: although I live in Romania (Transylvania), I`m Hungarian, but you can write to me in English, Romanian, Hungarian, Italian or German (at basic level, because I forgot my German :( )

3 years ago-in Greece, taking into consideration my diet consisting of 90% junk food and no exercise at all, I wasn`t in too bad shape...maybe I`m an ectomorph/mesomorph, anyway 141 lbs here
Since I`ve tried many nutrition plans and specific diets, finally I`ve decided to write down my conclusions:
Calorie and carb tapering: this was the first specific diet that I have followed and dropped 10-15 lbs with it. Just look at my progress pics and you can see the change between...
My workout program is a simple one, but that doesn`t mean I don`t train hard. I do everything I can, actually sometimes a lil bit more than that;) and that`s the most important.
So...I train with weights 3 times/week (upper body, lower body) and do cardio 3 times/week. Sunday is off.

I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures.
