Pot-bellies run in my family on both sides, so I've been desperately trying to break the tradition since high school!
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel like I've accomplished something, especially when I've been doing it consistantly enough to actually see improvement! I do have a tendency to fall off the wagon a lot, which is why I am making this profile! Hopefully it will inspire me to stay on track!
How I Stay Motivated:
Results keep me motivated...as soon as I see progress, I hate to ruin it by eating something stupid!
BB Accomplishments:
None...yet! Someday I would like to compete!

This is about 128lbs, but about 24% BF i think! SKINNY FAT!
I got my BF tested, and a bunch of other things too and turns out I'm really healthy! Yay!
So BF was 17.7%, which is in the "low fat" category for women, according to my school health center. Hopefully I will get into the "very low" category (14-16.9) by the end...
Amy, your "official" starting pic looks pretty good to begin with. You tone up a bit and you are going to be really hot-to-trot! Looking forward to seeing your progress. Best of luck with your goals.
