How I Started:
I was sick and tired of being skinny.So i decided to stop blaming other things and to start lifting.
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel good about myself and you can see the changes it makes to your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I log on to bodybuilding.com and just read articles and look at people's bodyspace and how weightlifing has transformed their bodys.

I just hit 205 for a short time, but I've got cut again for a shoot, prob get back down to 195 for a day or two than try to gain again.
