Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
make myself accountable. make sure they understand why i'm not going to join them in eating from the huge plate of nachos when we're all out to dinner...haha.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
remember why you started in the first place and how far you've come.
I was pushing my speed to try and not fall too far behind from my friend who likes to sprint the last 3rd of a mile or so haha.. didn't quite catch up but I can say I tried!

Ooh that definitely sounds interesting.. as well as rewarding! What type of jobs are you looking at now? Haha, never thought I'd hear anyone say that about my stomach.. it's still a work in progress! I have to say that running is doing wonders though, and I just started too! Can't wait to see what changes come in the next few weeks :)
hello beautiful girl, thanks for add me, i hope we can be good friends!!! keep in touch, please, nice to meet you, i am carlos, i really want to be your friend
It's actually working pretty well! I've learned that I just HAVE to squeeze time in somewhere to go to the gym and the nutrition portion is not hard to deal with at all. I'm on week #3 of my plan with Steve and I feel great and my strength has increased already! I can see some small changes taking place, too! Can't wait to take some 4 week pics to compare! :)
Hey! Haven't heard from you in awhile..was checking in to see how your diet/workout plan was going? I signed on with Team Poynter and am absolutely loving it! 3 weeks in and already seeing changes! Hope you're doing well!
