Used to work out a lot.Always been substantially overweight. Then hurt my knees and everything went downhill from there. But I want to change my life and feel better about myself. And be able to play with my son and not embarrass him when he gets older
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better all around
How I Stay Motivated:
Want to live past 30. Want to be able to ride sportbikes again (without being laughed at). Want a better quality of life.
BB Accomplishments:
I am starting to be able to walk longer distances with 2 canes. I walked 5 miles in 2.5 hrs last week! Not much for most people but an accomplishment for me.
10-23-09 4.5 miles in 2hrs 10mins. Have to find a way to keep my r ankle from rolling out

Have to work around pain and trouble breathing. Start out slow and do what I can. Try to do a little more each time. Great to hear you are still loosing weight. My training going very well. Getting ready to post on workout tracker. Feels good to not have all the extra fat.
