Getting Shredded Workout Plan-Getting ready to step on stage
30-60 second breaks between sets, 20 min cardio preworkout, 30-40 cardio post workout, intervals 3 days a week, carb cycling 3 days low, 1 day high/refuel day.
Monday-AM 20min cardio stairmaster intervals, Legs, PM 40 min moderate cardio Abs.
Tuesday-PM 20 min cardio stairmaster moderate calorie burner, Chest, Triceps, 30 min cardio moderate
Wednesday-AM 20 min stairmaster intervals, shoulders, traps, Calves, PM 40 min moderate cardio Abs.
Thursday-PM 20 min stairmaster moderate calorie burner, Back and biceps, 30 min cardio moderate.
Friday-AM 20 min cardio stairmaster intervals, Shoulders, Calves, PM Cardio moderate, Abs

I drastically changed the way I eat. I don’t like to use the word diet; instead I say I eat clean. When I say diet it sounds like it’s not a permanent change. I spend more time making an effort to plan out my meals ahead of time and prep them at the beginning of each week
I like to cycle my carbohydrates. This is where I will consume lower amounts of carbs to no carbs for a number of days and then I will have 1 high day or refuel day, usually on my leg day because I need the energy to get through that workout. I will vary the rotation depending on what results I am getting. I like to eat breakfast right after I wake up. I will also consume a carbohydrate, and post workout shake within 30 min. after I complete a workout session. I consume 6-8 meals a day and I eat every 2-3 hours throughout the day. A shake is considered a meal. I prepare my meals ahead of time because the worst thing is when you are hungry and you have to struggle to find something to eat, a lot of times this is when I eat something I shouldn’t. I love the statement; if you don’t prepare, you’re preparing to fail. At the beginning of the week I will prepare my meals and put them in Tupperware so they are ready to go. I will also put protein powder into shakers before I go to work so all I have to do is add water.
Breakfast-
1/2 cup oatmeal with one fourth cup of fresh blueberries. On a high carb day 1 cup of oatmeal
6 egg whites
2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter mixed in with oatmeal
1 cup veggies
Mid-morning
1 scoop of protein
Lunch
6 oz. Ground turkey burger
1 cup veggies
half cup of brown rice, 1 cup high carb day
Afternoon
1 scoop of protein
Dinner/pre workout
6 oz. Tilapia
1 cup of veggies
one fourth cup of quinoa, half cup high carb day
Post workout right after workout session
1 scoop of protein
3 rice cakes
Evening meal
4 oz. ground turkey burger
1 cup veggies
Before bed
1 scoop Casein protein
Sources of food:
Protein: Turkey, chicken, fish, egg whites, protein powder
Carbs-Quinoa, sweet potatoes, yams, oatmeal, brown rice
Veggies-Green beans, leafy greens, broccoli
Fats-Natural peanut butter, almonds, almond butter, olive oil, avocados.
I drink 1-2 gallons of water a day, even when leaning out.

Along with eating clean foods supplements have helped me achieve my goals.
Supplements have really helped me to achieve my goals. If I were to pick the three most important supplements for me they would be protein, BCAA, and a pre workout. Protein is easy to drink and helps me get hit my daily numbers to maintain or gain muscle mass. BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acids) also helps me maintain muscle mass when leaning down, or helps build muscle when bulking. I picked a pre workout for my 3rd choice because after getting up early and working all day I am usually pretty tired when I get to the gym. A pre workout gives me energy to push myself and have the intense workout that I need to reach my goals.

I look to others for support and constantly remind myself of the end goal in mind. It's about living a healthy happy life.
Bodybuilding.com has had and continues to have a huge influence on my successes. The website is a never ending source of knowledge and support. Whenever I need answers and I when I want to research anything that has to do with bodybuilding and fitness I have always been able to find answers here. I have watched video clips, read articles and post that have all been motivating for me to achieve my own goals. Through Bodyspace I have been able to connect with others with similar backgrounds and goals and find strength through their successes. Bodybuilding.com is not only a great place to get supplements at great deals, but they also set up the website to educate customers on how supplements work and what goals they can help you achieve. I am on the bodybuilding.com website everyday seeking knowledge and motivation.
In the end the thing that motivates me the most is my family. I want to be healthy for my wife and children. I want to be around for a long time and be able to have a quality of lifestyle that allows me to activley be apart of their lives, my grandchildren's life, and maybe even my great grandchildren's lives.
