1--bench press
2--inclined bench press
3--butterfly
4--parallel dips

wednesday--triceps
1-back dips
2-skull crusher (flat bench->close hand>bend
bar press)
3-single arm dumbell tricep (hands upmovement)
4-rope pull down
5-double arm dumbell tricep (hands up movement)


thursday --shoulder
1-barbell upward push
2-dumbell wide hand raise
3-up right or up ride
4-shrugs

friday -- back
1-lat pull down
2-one arm dumbell rowing
3-both arms barbel pull
4-pull over
5-hyper extention

saturday --biceps
1--barbel curl
2--hammering
3--alternet dumbell curl
4--recerse barbel curl

sunday --legs
1-squat
2-legpress
3-lounges
4-calf rage
monday--rest
