yea shure bro no dout about i really dont like (ON whey) im just using it now for cutting since im hitting the weight room an hour then carido an hour recovery is great but muscle gains none!=/ well do you have trouble gainning weight? or you gain easy?
Thanks Amir. Your workout program looks perfect. You also look to have broad shoulders and a narrow waist -- good foundation to build on. My only advice is since you are only 136 lbs is to get on a solid mass building diet -- do not simply eat a lot of junk food, but eat whole foods and get enough calories protein carbs and fats. lots of carbs in morning and around workouts, 1.5g protein/lb bodyweight. find a mass building diet online and have fun doing it!
