I love the way it feels to be sore and to see results on my body. I am most impressed by my body's response to a healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I pray to God and I read his word and i keep my hope in his promises. I depend on him to help me curb my cravings and stay motivated to go workout. He restores my joy and revives my soul.
I can do ALL things through Him who strengthens me.
I also take supplements to raise my heart rate and increase my metabolism. I began taking Meltdown about 2 months ago. It worked well however I noticed my social anxiety and smoking came back a lot. I began to feel anxious and had trouble sleeping.
BB Accomplishments:
Slowly but surely my run time is getting better and my overall health is increasing. My body fat percentage has went down 8% in the last 2 months.
