When I Started:
Mar, 2005
How I Started:
I initially didn't start for body building purposes, just to keep in shape. I was never a sports fanatic at school but found that a low exercise lifestyle doesn't mean your immune to staying fit and lean.
Since training for the last few years I've decided I want to bulk up and start looking at using Body Building as a sport and hobby and start taking it a bit more seriously.
Why I Love It:
It's fascinating watching your body change.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing that I can make it to that next checkpoint. I never set goals too far away and ensure I take my time achieving the right results.
To compete in the Australasian Natural Bodybuilding comps and to see where I can take my body in my early 30's!
Goal (Long):
I've decided I want to compete now that I've been able to make some remarkable progress over the last 3 months.
I have a trainer who is able to help me set realistic goals and keep me motivated with the right attitude and program (better not rub his ego too much!)
All in all this is not something to show off in public, to be honest I find it difficult enough just showing any skin outdoors, and it's all for setting new goals that I never dreamed I would even consider.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 6 kg

Well the results are in and to be honest after 9 weeks of workout plus one week off not much has changed.
I feel different but it's almost like because I've increased my mass somewhat everything else has followed in it's wake. My fitness age still stands at 30 (which is good news being 34) but...
Thanks Anthony:). It's great to see that you are planning to compete. Nothing else can spur motivation and really show you how far you can take your physique to the next level. The sky is the limit, enjoy your journey:)-- Rob
Hey! Yeah I know. I have been gone for a bit. I not only let myself get derailed, I didn’t dish out the encouragement to my friends. I apologize. I know I don’t have to but I have found that my friends help me stay on track and I hope I do you as well. So please forgive me for abandoning you and fill me in on what you have been up to these last couple of months. How are your workouts? Diet? Motivation? What are you looking forward too? Have your goals changed?
Your pics are looking so fine my friend. I love your drive to make yourself the best it can be. I am so proud of you. Have a fabulous weekend. I cant wait to see what the next year holds for you.
Anthony I feel great so far. I still have a ways to go but I am in there working it. I am glad you are trusting your instincts. You know what you can do and I know you will rock that comp. I will be here cheering for you ever step of the way.
