How I Started:
I've always been active. I ran track and field thru highschool & college. I've lifted consistently for about 15 yrs, focused and really training just in the last year or so.
Why I Love It:
I am the mom of two great girls that keep me busy, I work full time. Working out is my 'vent', my therapy
How I Stay Motivated:
... seeing someone that looks better than me. good music helps too.
BB Accomplishments:
I was 'dared' to compete in a Figure competition before I turned 40 ( I'm 39 now) and in my second show I received a 1st place in Open Tall and 2nd in Masters Tall. My girls were pretty stoked!
