I frequently have WPI and Xtend. I did have a bunch of vitamins but I now forget to take them most of the time and don't feel any different.

Exercising is good for my body and good for my brain!
I started going to the gym again (I say again as I had several years off with a lower back injury) for stress relief from my PhD. It really works. I took up weight lifting again mid last year and love the results and the endorphins so that keeps me motivated to keep going each afternoon!
