I frequently have WPI and Xtend. I did have a bunch of vitamins but I now forget to take them most of the time and don't feel any different.

Exercising is good for my body and good for my brain!

I started going to the gym again (I say again as I had several years off with a lower back injury) for stress relief from my PhD. It really works. I took up weight lifting again mid last year and love the results and the endorphins so that keeps me motivated to keep going each afternoon!

epicmyth Hey you! I'm still training. Finished Stoppani's and now training for my first comp in Oct. I've decided to go the body conditioning route and not the standard gym route. So sled pulls, kettle bells, TRX and bodyweight training. I'm also on a carb back loading diet which is really working for me. How are you? X Feb 24, 2013 11:02am

epicmyth I'm so glad you're feeling more positive. I think anyone who puts 100% into JELF is really "done in" by the end of it. I'm glad I did it. I learned a lot from it. 3 times a week does sound bliss but I'm happy with 5 days a week as I have a comp camp to attend on 20th Jan. It's just a seminar but I still want to look good when I sling on a bikini and try to walk in heels :) good luck with your new plan. I will be in touch! Nov 22, 2012 1:04am
