This is me before I got serious about 3 weeks ago. Wanting to bulk up without gaining too much fat. Going to stick to a good diet and lift like none other. There's much back fat to be lost...

One week into my bulk phase (I know it's before summer...so what). About 158 lbs here. Gained about 3 lbs in 8 days. Also, not lifting on weekends, so I'm not all nice and toned as if I'd been lifting today.

Some improvement from a few weeks ago. Didn't lift today. I'll get big and ripped eventually. Slow but steady, right?

Kinda disappointed here...I've been trying to bulk up for the past 3 weeks and lifting 4 times a week. Not seeing much progress. Comments and suggestions appreciated.

Week 8 of bulking. I'm at 170 lbs. Your guess is as good as mine on bf %. Making some progress. Wish I could take some pics during/right after lifting to see how I look pumped so I can compare. Just a couple more weeks of bulking, then cutting. Comments are appreciated.

Week 2 of cut. I hope I'm not losing muscle. I'm also noticing my right side is bigger than my left, especially in my pecs, but my left arm is more vascular than my right.

Week 3 of cut. Things going good and getting stronger, but looks like I'm losing mass. Likely b/c I had a layer of fat on my muscle, and now I'm losing the fat, so this is what I 'should' look like. Any thoughts?

Abs after a run in 92 degree, humid weather. Can't wait to see more cuts in a few weeks. Yes, i almost died from heat exhaustion!

Let's see...haven't lifted in a week, diet was off cause of moving, etc., and I lost weight and definition...Need a new lift routine...PLEASE PM me if you have a 45-60 min intense routine for 4-5 days!

Just some updates on how my hard-earned definition is leaving me due to me not being able to lift for awhile. All definition you think you see is likely because of the lighting. Can't wait til this shoulder heals!
