Hahaha thanks bro! I've taken about 2 weeks off cause of effin loooong hours on surgery rotation, but that's done Friday! I love it, but I'm glad to be done for now. Time to lift and eat right again. How you been? Still lookin swoll as usual. :P Peace bro.

I just joined ur group, biotch!!! You'd better be happy. Hahahaha! :) How are things? I have my surgery exams coming up. Tomorrow are oral boards, and Friday is the written exam. Am I worried?? Who, me? Umm.....yeah.

I like critical care, I like pain management, I like relieving pain, I like pharm and physio (it's like magic!), I like procedures, I like patients a lot (people tell me you dont spend a lot of time w/patients as an anesthesiologist, but that's not true from what i've seen), and even thought I love patients, they're great when they're sleeping, too. I like perioperative care. I like medicine and surgery a lot. I want to be the internist of the OR. ;)

I'm actually strongly considering anesthesiology. I was wanting to go into EM, but decided against it. I like the stress, but not the shiftwork. I dont like all the non-emergencies, though. I thought about trauma surgery, but that would get very draining and I really have to have time for my family and all my extracurriculars, haha.

Hey Stacy! Yeah surgery is going great! So far I've done 4 weeks of gen surg (2 of which were in a rural town...so cool), 2 weeks of trauma surg, and one week of pediatric surgery (on it currently...most i've ever worked so far, but i really like it and i love my little kiddie patients). I have one week left with plastic surgery. I really like surgery, but the parts I like are the surgeries and the immediate pre/post op stuff. Nothing else haha.
