Overall Goal: My overall goal is the get in the best shape possible. I want to get to 500 on the flat bench within 8 months and 600 on squats with the same time period.

How I Started:
Started in tenth grade weight training class. At the time i weighed around 130 to 140. By the end of the year my bench was up to 285. By the end of my 12th grade year I weighed 162 and had a flat bench of 370. By this point I had not even had so much as a protein shake. Just lots of food. I took some time of at around 20 or so. The only workout I did from 20 until around 24 was 12 ounce curls if you know what I mean. By the grace of God I got back in the gym at 25 and he has kept me there every since.
Why I Love It:
I love it because there is always room for improvement.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing others who look better and are stronger.
BB Accomplishments:
These arent bodybuilding accomplishments dont really see myself as a body builder but i hold a national record for flat bench with a lift of 425 at weight of 178 in 2007 In the 100% raw power lifting federation 181 weight class. I also hold state record in the usapl 198 weight class with a lift of 425 AGAIN kinda disappointing but oh well, broke the record. I weighed in at 188. These are both drug free power lifting federations and I am ALL natural. Not taking anything from guys who arent because they also have to put in the work. I use animal pak and protein the majority of the year. I use a NO products maybe 4 times out of the year for around 30 days at at time. Thats all I use other than what the good Lord gave me.

Why I like this video: 555 on deads after 5 weeks of training. Before then hadnt done deads in years. No straps no wraps almost got it up. better luck next time.
Your local home depot might sell them for 2-4 bucks for 40-50 pounds. You'll have to find some cheap duffel bags to put them in though as no one wants sand all over them. I think wal-mart's $12 bags are a little pricey or I'm just cheap.
LOL, I know I'm going to replace my cardio with this madness.
I'm gearing up to throw a whole bunch of madness into my training for the winter. Beating sandbags with sledge hammers, farmers/sandbag carries and a whole host of other mad stuff to make people look at you funny.
Gotta go buy some more soon. *sigh*
Besides, I have to switch things up for my training clients as well. Being in the gym all the time bores them.
man i had a great bday! my best friend lives out there i dont go as much as i used to but i went this time last year and had a blast! so i will hopefully do the same! njoy your family and dont eat too much, im gonna go do like a hour of cardio that day before i eat! lol

wats good J? getting ready for turkey day? i got back to gym today i took off for week leading to bday and last week.....ughhhhhhhh i felt horrible! so i did legs/cardio and stayed away from fries and cupcakes......had a great bday 4day weekend 11-17 and now im trying to get to LA for weekend? man? holla
All is good bro, still stepping up the weight/reps to get back to a decent size. I am definitely on the fast-track to catch up to your chest size homie!
