Overall Goal: My overall goal is the get in the best shape possible. I want to get to 500 on the flat bench within 8 months and 600 on squats with the same time period.

How I Started:
Started in tenth grade weight training class. At the time i weighed around 130 to 140. By the end of the year my bench was up to 285. By the end of my 12th grade year I weighed 162 and had a flat bench of 370. By this point I had not even had so much as a protein shake. Just lots of food. I took some time of at around 20 or so. The only workout I did from 20 until around 24 was 12 ounce curls if you know what I mean. By the grace of God I got back in the gym at 25 and he has kept me there every since.
Why I Love It:
I love it because there is always room for improvement.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing others who look better and are stronger.
BB Accomplishments:
These arent bodybuilding accomplishments dont really see myself as a body builder but i hold a national record for flat bench with a lift of 425 at weight of 178 in 2007 In the 100% raw power lifting federation 181 weight class. I also hold state record in the usapl 198 weight class with a lift of 425 AGAIN kinda disappointing but oh well, broke the record. I weighed in at 188. These are both drug free power lifting federations and I am ALL natural. Not taking anything from guys who arent because they also have to put in the work. I use animal pak and protein the majority of the year. I use a NO products maybe 4 times out of the year for around 30 days at at time. Thats all I use other than what the good Lord gave me.

Why I like this video: 555 on deads after 5 weeks of training. Before then hadnt done deads in years. No straps no wraps almost got it up. better luck next time.

Yeah man...you know I had to heal that **** quickly. I can't be out for too long. Made it back in the gym on Thursay and worked out on Friday and Saturday. I can't be going in the other direction at this point. Just to keep up with my homie James that's all.
James as a USAPL Raw lifter I can really appreciate your accomplishments! 425 raw at 178 is truly impressive. On top of that all-natural means your best lifting is easily 10 years down the road. Won't be surprised to see you crushing my Masters records when you hit 40+. And you definitely have got the foundation to get on the bodybuilding stage too.
Go ahead. LOL, I wonder if he remembers. I think everybody was just ridiculously messed up. hah, i'm about to stop talking about my states of drunkenness. That got out, it would destroy my professional life. And I'm so trying to get one of those COOL six/seven/eight figure jobs in the near future.

Oh hell yeah. That stuff will always kill you. You're just saying that as your old age is getting to you. Thats the way it has done me for the longest so it doesn't really happen all that often for myself.

LMAO, up here calling me out. Of course I did. I skipped Tuesday and Wednesday so I'm looking at that as my 2 days off in my 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off training schedule even though, since its the weekend it looks like thats 3 on, 1 off. I'll be back in there later tonight doing shoulders, chest, or arms. Gonna flip a coin for that one.
