How I Started:
First off. I am NOT here for a hook-up. I am here for the motivation and tools this site brings. I am happily married. I began lifting back in 1994 to put on size. I had begun a career as a Professional Wrestler and needed to be a LOT bigger. Recently I am back in the gym after tearing both the labrums in my shoulders and taking some time off.
Why I Love It:
It is my temple. It is the one time of the day that is all about me and nothing else. My success is on my shoulders and mine alone.
How I Stay Motivated:
I grew up with a father who was an artist and always dreamed of looking like the drawings in his anatomy books. Someday, I will be there

The Beginning Getting closer

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
High protein (300+ grams protein/day). Moderate-low carbs. Low fat.

Log-book I made out of index card binder. Then I enter into bodyspace.

Years ago I read this article in Details magazine. I am a huge fan of Henry Rollins and this article has always been something I would go back to from time to time for some extra movitation. It also explains my love for weightlifting/bodybuilding.
