How I Started:
I have always been quite athletic but I have wanted to get bigger and more musculuar. I developed my build quite early and have always wanted to push it to its max. I have played soccer and diving all my life so gaining mass was never a priority. Now that I am about to work full time after graduating from college I have the time and schedule to have a solid workout routine and diet so I can really push the limits
Why I Love It:
The looks you get, the pump and way you feel, and the gains that come from discipline
How I Stay Motivated:
Constantly remind myself of my goals and the progress I have made this far, and that with genetics and hard work on my side, i can do anything
BB Accomplishments:
I was able to lose almost 15 lbs in 2 months for my 2008 halloween costumer as a ripped michael phelps, now I am back up to over 205 at around 10% (Aug. 2009). Also have pushed my squat and deadlift beyond what I felt was possible
