This picture was taken before I started going to the gym. I was to gain a few more pounds, maxing out a 148 lbs and 41% body fat. People called me fat, and I grew to hate the way I looked. That was when I wanted to tranform my body...after nursing school.
Picture taken with my mom before an 18th birthday party...Feeling a little better about my progress so far...but still working...

Before I started working out, I used to have the worst back pains...to the point in which I can't walk for very long. Ever since I've worked on my deadlifting, I haven't gotten those disabling back pains, and my posture has gotten alot better to the point where you can barely tell I have it.Before I started working out, I used to have the worst back pains...to the point in which I can't walk for very long. Wow.....congrats on your transformation. Now you can eat a 2 piece, while wearing a 2 piece. (I recommend Jollibee).
Most Pinay I know aren't willing to break a sweat, let alone lift weights. Good for you.
Also impressed with the supplements you take. Those are not sissy supplements.
I take size-on now and after this batch I'll need to drop water. I took Syntha 6 one time and felt it right away.
Anyway, keep it up........
