295 Fat. Unhappy. Unhealthy. I made my little son cry at Christmas when I couldn't fit into a jacket he bought me. I started 2008 with a resolution.
More back. That really is sweaty hair! My biz partner and I had a workout and then headed straight to the studio. Hardcore shoot without a shower. :)

I see that you lost a great deal of weight. I have a lot to lose as well. Did you have to have any skin "tightened" or did the weight training take care of that for you? I am concerned about excess and loose skin and I've read that I should lift heavy. Any thoughts on that? Thanks.

how did you get started? I am starting with diet, but am not getting the motivation for the exercize. You look absolutely AMAZING! Its what I dream of and I only have half of what you have lost to lose myself. What supplements worked for you to accelerate results?
