How I Started: I was skinny fat which is basically the worst bodytype you can be because you have nearly no muscle mass and and a lot of fat but still appear skinny. Got tired of being made fun of becuase I was so weak. So I decided one day to change that and then I started working out.
Why I Love It: Helps me feel good about myself and it boosts my ego.
How I Stay Motivated: Picture all the people who have made fun of me.
BB Accomplishments: No longer look "skinny"

i got my cals 300 below maintaince and i do hiit 5 times a week in the morning. I tend to just cut out carbs on my last meal.

never give up keep going.... you have a similair body type to which i had when i was your age ((thats why i repplied to you))being skinny fat is the most usless body type, and i was very weak aswelll .... keep going you will succeed and it ill pay of trust me .... keep hitting that gym... all the best.
