How I Started:
I was skinny fat which is basically the worst bodytype you can be because you have nearly no muscle mass and and a lot of fat but still appear skinny. Got tired of being made fun of becuase I was so weak. So I decided one day to change that and then I started working out.
Why I Love It:
Helps me feel good about myself and it boosts my ego.
How I Stay Motivated:
Picture all the people who have made fun of me.

thanks for the tips . doing ok man 5 days in the gym with weights and cardio two off. its a struggle sometimes but i love it. seeing some serious change I think . check out my pics I would love your comments . how am I doing? how are you ?

That's good weight! I know what you're saying about look. Big muscles aren't always stronger. That's why the strongmen don't have muscles as big as the bodybuilders but they are still stonger. Ya, know?
