e2carden So did you get back at it? I know the frustration with the diet plan...had a lot of issues keeping with it to be honest, but I did what I could and focused more on the exercises. I hope you stayed with it:D Nov 20, 2011 12:05pm

e2carden I don't even bother with the eggs and chicken/meat. I stick with protein shakes only, I get an ick factor if I eat a lot of eggs. I just posted an "after" pic from the start of week 5...doing great so far if I can say that without sounding like a jerk. Sep 20, 2011 9:53pm

e2carden The diet has been awful. I travel for work and rarely have the flexibility to eat based on the diet so I do what I can. I love the workouts though and have been so much more efficient in my workouts with the program:) Sep 15, 2011 3:59pm

DariaMcDermott I think the easiest way to manage the texture is to just grind up a bunch of plain quick cooking oats (less dry) and then measure it the same way you would regular flour after pulverizing them! The coarser the grind the better. I'm going to try making the pumpkin recipe into a pie (hehe who knows...) this weekend and hope to figure out a way to avoid using the stevia, or at least limit it...weird aftertaste...could be the double use of it in my protein powder and in the recipe. DariaMcDermott Still learning how to navigate the messages on here (a little weird no??). Have you tried any of the recipes? I'm planning a very low key weekend in to cook my oven out of gas! butterflydre Today is day 13 for me,I don't expect to see much change until week 4 either. I am definitely very sore from the workouts,I've never really gone to true failure so it's really shocking my body which is great! We'll see what happens in a few weeks!
