How I Started: My husband is a body builder and part owner of a gym so he got me into it.
Why I Love It: How it makes me feel in charge of how I look and the feeling I get after a good leg day!
How I Stay Motivated: I look at pictures of girls with the body I want oh and my hubby helps too.
BB Accomplishments: I had my son med free lol thats my body's major accomplishment!
