I have always tried to take care of myself.. But have always been intrigued by a fit and toned body, that's what I wanted. So, I went after it!
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just have goals that I want to acheive and I just keep pushing! I would love to get into fitness modeling.. It has been a dream.. and you cannot acheive a dream without hard work. It does not fall in your lap:)
Okay.. so if i compete.. I need to gain about 5 lbs. of muscle... no easy task!
Goal (Long):
Long term, I would love to possibly compete, we'll see. one step at a time.. I truly just want to be fit and healthy. And enjoy my 30's..lol. My goal is also not not be "huge" I don't think I could be if I wanted to..lol.. Although, I do LOVE the look of the bodybuilding women and appreciate ALL of the hard work and many Long hours that they lift, so please do not take that comment negativley.. I just want to keep that happy/medium of being muscular, but feminine at the same time.. I think I speak for sooo many women..Lifting scares alot of them I think.. I want to change that... Take Care All!
