yeah lol lower those weights and make me a sandwich ;) You should definitely focus more on your lower body than your upper though, it looks like you have a good base for everything but a girl with thick legs and glutes would make a lot more men drool then a girl with clivecepts and a lat spread you can serve a thanksgiving dinner on lmao

What's up Rico! Right now I'm doing really well, I'm going to try and get back on track after this week with my cardio and everything but my lifting is going well, I aggravated my shoulder a bit my last upperbody workout but i'm beginning to ramp up my squat workouts to hit those legs more and more. Right now I weigh 147 ish, when my pics were taken I was around 151'ish so I didn't lose much over a month and a half off

I'm back now.. bad news is I dislocated my shoulder while training bjj (went for a sweep and landed funny) so I haven't worked out in over a month and I tore my labrum, I haven't lifted since and I'm still unable to do even bw chins/pullups which was the core of my workout, sucks bad but im not giving up. Time to hit the legs hard! I'm aiming for a 405 max squat by December, let's do it :)

I'm going to be done with BB.com for a while Rico, about 3 months so I can focus on Pharmacy school, just wanted to let you know you have been a big inspiration for me! :) Rock on brother. I want to come back in 3 months and see you bigger and badder than ever, don't let me down!

v-ups, do a google image search of it to see how its done I usually do them once a week in really high volume (sets of 40-50) every 5 mins until I cant do any more, seems to work for me

the only ab exercise I do is v-ups you can search that in google images for a an accurate picture, it's worth more than a thousand words ;)

been doing bjj for 1.5 years now, love it dude there is no way I would be as lean as I am without it Its always nice to be humbled by it, im a better person for it no joke

Things are going alright for me, I missed my workout sunday because I was a little hungover during the morning, and had to do schoolwork all night, so I also missed the Superbowl :/ So right now I probably feel the same as you,anxious to workout tomorrow but feeling a little demotivated. You know what I am going to do though? Gonna watch scrubs tonight, try to do as many v-ups as I can while watching it, get to bed early and hit up my garage gym in the morning (also cold).

whats up bro, fellow manlet, fellow pharmacy student, was also around the same weight as you before you jumped like 30 lbs in 6 months, good shit. I seem to be stuck here at 150-155 for now
