How I Started:
I have always been an active person by being involved in sports while going through school. After I graduated college, I stopped working out as much because I was constantly fighting the 24 hour clock. I look at myself now and I am nowhere near where i want to be physically.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after a good workout. I feel accomplished and I can see the differences in my body. It is just a great feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am constantly reading fitness magazines and reading about different workouts which constantly keeps my workouts interesting. I also stay motivated by seeing the fitness models and thinking..wow I want to look like that.
My overall goal is to cut my body fat and then build up intense muscle.
Goal (Long):
I have quite a bit of body fat that I would like to drop by increasing my cardio routines and eating alot of protien. Once I have accomplished that, my goal is to build up muscle to decreasing my cardio and increasing my lifting routines.

Well today is my first day of starting to transform my body. I am really excited to begin my workouts and see where I end up. I am really hoping to lose the majority of my body fat and then to build up muscle. If anyone has any suggestions..please let me know..
