Background

When I Started: Mar 2009
HOW I STARTED:

My brother and I decided to begin losing weight.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It makes me feel so much better after a workout. I have more energy. I feel like I walk a lot taller and straighter, I guess just the overall high I get after working out.

My Workout Program

I usually do at least 20 to 40 minutes cardio on an elliptical or treadmill or sometimes split time. Followed by 5 sets of squats, 5 sets of a back exercise my trainer showed me, 5 sets of chest presses or push ups(mostly chest presses because I can barely lift my body weight), then I workout different parts of my body individually.

I have a hard time staying motivated because its hard to get time between my wife's work schedule and sitting with the baby while she is working because he is too young to stay in the children's room but mostly I keep the idea of my personal health as the motivation.
