I started working out because I was begining to feel unhealthy and out of shape. I never have really like going to the gym because i never know what to do, but as i went to the gym a little more, i figured it out!!
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because it gives me more confidence in myself. It makes me feel good and i love looking good!
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is the hardest part, but the challange of that is what keeps me going :)
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishment is to look the best that i ever have. I want to loose some fat and tone up. And maybe become a fitness model!
I just started to work out a little over a week ago and i am excited to get myself back in shape! I plan on working out everyday over the summer and eating healthy...no more fast food! So far i am doing great. I wish the results would come sooner, but i khow it takes hard work and time to see...
I think they're just much more into it in canada.....well the women especially, i'm told it's much the opposite of here....there there aren't any bodybuilder guys for the fit girls and here there aren't any fit girls for the bodybuilder guys :(
i dont know that i am awesome but i am pretty close at least and i know where lindenwood univ. is i had a couple of friends that went there a few years back
me too, nutrition is going well during the weekdays but I kinda mess up at the weekends. I think it's cos I sleep in and stay awake later so my day isn't as structured. Once I get the weekend under-control I think it'll all come together! so, have u been a member here long? I only joined about 2 weeks ago, and I'm really liking it so far. It's good for talking to people with similar interests!
Hey! yea, so far this years been good, managed to set u a home gym, so thats great for getting each workout in! just gotta sort out nutrition! how r things going for you?
