Glad to hear that you are focused and motivated. I believe in what I call the “Holy Trinity of Fitness,” which is nutrition, weightlifting & cardio. If any one of those 3 gets out of whack it can and often does throw your whole program out of whack. Start by planning and preparing your food so that you are not reaching for anything that is not on the program, put together a weightlifting plan & lift every other day and then do 20 to 30 min. of cardio every other day. I wish you success.
As a fellow Canadian I just wanted to drop by and wish you success in your body transformation quest. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used the Body for Life 12-week program. My wife went from size 12/14 to 4/6 & I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10%. Believe in your own inner strength and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. I will look forward to seeing your progress.
I've been at it for over 17 years so far and eating the 'taste challenged' food for about 5 years or so.. will definitely be doing it for the rest of my life :)
Hey Girl! That is "easy"...keep a good, clean diet going. All the exercises in the world won't "reveal" the abs if the diet ain't conducive. Best Wishes! *smile*
