A little from Cheerleading....My husband knows a ton about diet and excersise. Before him I didn't even know anything about weight lifting and very little about diet and excersise.
Why I Love It:
Makes life more enjoyable!
How I Stay Motivated:
First of all..THE BIGGEST LOSER..hello! --I look at my before Pictures Daily! --My husband and I work as a team so I am not getting up every day just for myself. --I Invision myself at 125lbs. I think about how good I will look and how good I will feel and how comfortable I will be in my own skin! It's so close! I can't wait!!!!

Great! Sports injury! Just my luck! Well, I guess I started off running on the treadmill to soon. Doctor thinks I have a tear in my meniscus, which will mean surgery! I am so depressed! I love to workout out! I know I will still lose weight because I have no problem with my diet, but won't be...
