Workout Program:
I haven't really narrowed down my workout exactly yet. I go to the gym everyday except for the weekend and work on all of my body. These workout include 4 sets of 15 sitting (60 lbs.) and standing (160 lbs.) calf raises. 4 sets of 15 on the hamstring machine, (50 lbs.) 4 sets of 15 for leg extensions. (40-50 lbs) 100 bicycle setups, 100 crunches. I have barely began to work out my arms. 4 sets of 15 squats (85 lbs.) and i do 4 sets of 15 lunges with the (15 lb. dumb bells).
