How I Started:
Well I started noticing a change in my body drastically compared to how I looked in high school, which honestly wasn't to long ago. I've always had a pretty fast metabolism and always ate what I wanted. I played volleyball in high school and kept active, ever since I entered college well I noticed what I never wanted to see on my body... mini craters. :(
Why I Love It:
When I was in high school I could honestly say "I love to work out, especially to run" well now that I'm older and don't workout on daily bases like I used to , I honestly cannot say that I love to work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Before I go to bed, after I take a shower and stand in front of the mirror, well I'll stay looking at my body for a while and keep analyzing what I need to work on more... everything...
BB Accomplishments:
My calves! I have always had really small calves, almost none. Well I've been working them out everyday and good full workouts... well I have noticed that now I have some...

Goal (Long):
I want a nice six or four pack. I want my calves to stand out when I wear heels. I want nicely shaped arms, but no manly arms. I want a nice back that's fit. A nice firm butt. Firm thighs, and overall I just want to look good! I want to be able to take my boyfriend to a finess model compitition, and not feel jealous, or fat, instead be like "She ain't got nothing on me"!

Hi, well I started going back to the gym on Monday October, 20. So far I have managed to go everyday and work out hard! I'm very proud of myself, although I'm sore as hell! I think I hurt my back squating, due to my poor form. It hurts real bad but it has not stopped me from working...
