How I Started:
Well I am barely going to really start today so I hope I stick to it and I see results.I woke up this morning, looked in the mirror and said this is enough!
Why I Love It:
I am going to love working out so that I can see my results and feel good and look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well I have pictures of Jessica Simpson (in Dukes of Hazards)and that keeps me motivated, she looked great. And also just thinking about how I will look this summer in my bikini.

Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to actually continue this for the rest of my life. I have never been 100% happy with my body and I am hoping with this website and the people on here to motivate me I will finally have the chance.
I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.

My wife and I know where you are coming from would like to see you make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and got them following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6. Push yourself and the results will be well worth the effort. We look forward to talking with you if you choose to give either of us a yell.
Hey! Thanks for the nice compliment in the friend request! My diet is mainly low carb, lean meats, and not to many sweets (rare).. But its just a means to an end.. i wanna get really lean.. and a low carb diet isnt exactly a lifetime thing.. But i lift weights 5 days a week and try to do cardio 4-5 days..
