Started new medication with a side effect that makes it very hard for me to focus but I'm trying to push through the best that I can.

Still inconsistent in the gym. Took some progress pictures this afternoon and I'm dissapointed in my physique. I will not be posting them.

My workouts have been pretty inconsistent the past couple of weeks but I'm working on that and training hard when I am in the gym!!!
