12 scoops whey
5 egg whites
4 cups oats
1 1/3 cup water

mix whey and oats together first then mix in egg whites and pb...last mix in water...scoop out with 1/3 cup scoop   makes 15

macros are 33/33/33
265.6 calories
24 grams protein
21 grams carbs
10 grams fat
